BREAKUPS (update)

We talked, he said he was confused and wasn't feeling it anymore but he also said he wants to get together but he doesn't either because he can't be bothered trying? Which is bs to me because I feel if he really loved me he would be going through the I miss you stage, which he isn't. But after he said it might hit him later because he's going through a idgaf phase. He said to give him a week or two but not sure if I should move on because I don't want hope for nothing but if he does realize he wants to get back together I'm scared I would be over it already? Not sure what to do because I love him a lot. :/
