Disappointments about baby's gender

I have 2 boys and am pregnant with my 3rd. I feel like it's a boy, as well. My sister in law is pregnant with a girl. Now everyone in the family keeps making comments about how I have to have a girl. Things like "now it's your turn to have a girl" "sending you girl dust" "oh, I hope it's a girl" and many other comments. To the point where it's making me feel like if I have another boy they will be disappointed. I was going to go have a gender scan this week but now I am feeling like I don't want to because they won't be excited.  It's starting to bum me out and bring me down. We recently had a family get together and my husband got drunk and kept talking about how he wants a girl now too so that hurt me even more.
