I'm 5 weeks pregnant and Iv been having a sharp pain on my left abdomen it comes and goes it's not constant, no bleeding or spotting but I also feel alittle pressure now and then. Should I be worried? I did ask the doctor last week when I first found out but I thought it stop by now, again it's not constant it comes and goes it's my first pregnancy and I worry about miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy.
