Is there such thing as too much fetal movement?

My baby will go periods without moving throughout the day, but when she does she moves A LOT. I mean movements every 3 seconds. The periods of time when she does move range from 3-5 minutes. I was wondering if this could be a sign of something that's wrong, or if it's just her personality. I'm 6 months tomorrow (24 weeks)

It is normal, you don't start to get consistent movement until around 28 weeks.  Personally, my girl will sleep most of the time and therefore there isn't a lot of movement, but when she wakes up she is very active.

I didn't start getting consistent movement until about 30 weeks. Before that he would go a good hunk of time with minimal movement... I have an anterior placenta so it takes more to feel his movements

Around that time I got a lot of movement but once you get close to the end they don't move as much not enough room

My doc said there isn't too much movement, the more the better :)

If its consistent and a pattern and your Dr isnt worried then I'm sure it's fine :) I just wanted to add, not to scare you, but a friend of a friend of mine lost her baby very late in the 3rd trimester and one thing she said was she experienced an usual lot of movement and then nothing the rest of the day and the Dr told her the huge increase in frantic movement and then nothing was the baby in distress, so if its ever an usual crazy increase use your judgment if it feels off! But if its just how your baby always is then that is different!
