Tried the "sex method" to help labor and so far it worked cuz I been having contractions for more than hour but not close enough to go to the hospital. Back is hurting and also these contractions. Can this be it?!😫🤔

I've been actively walking constantly at work and home and maintaining my sex drive as normal 😂 (don't know how I've been doing this) my due date is 8/16 and have not had any signs 😭.

I've been having intense contractions for over a week. I'm 40+3 now.. They are exactly like yours time wise and it always turns out to be false labor for me. As long as they are not continuing in a pattern or getting closer together they are probably false labor.. Sorry. It sucks I know. Good luck I hope your baby arrives on time!

Everytime i have sex i get 8hours plus contractions but mine start pretty strong and close together. They start every 5minutes for about 1 minute, then go to every 3minutes for about 1.40minutes and stay like that for 3-4hours and then slowly they start spacing out until all its left are painless BH. I really hope this is not the case with you, this is pure torture. All the best x

I try almost every night, but the really strong contractions only last until I go to bed. When I wake up it is back to BH.
