Is it possible to get your period two weeks after your last period???? Help what's wrong

If you're not on birth control, the timing of your period depends on when you ovulate, and the length of your "luteal phase" (the time between ovulation and menstruation). Most women ovulate around day 14 and the average luteal phase is around 14 more days which is why on average periods come once a month. Those numbers totally vary from woman to woman though. Once you figure out the length of your own personal luteal phase, that should never change for you. So you may have a short luteal phase, like 8 days for example. And it's totally possible to ovulate too early or too late into your cycle. So it's probably normal to have periods a couple weeks apart! It could be a problem when you want to get pregnant if you do have a short LP but there are things you can do to lengthen that. I'd mention it to your doctor next time you see them but keep charting.
