Bloody show?

So for a couple of days I have had my mucus plug coming out but this morning I had my bloody show! I have my cramping all day, I'm due 8/28 but my dr checked my cervix the other day and I was 2-3cm dilated and she could feel his head. Does this mean I could go into labor soon? This is my 2nd baby but with my first I was induced and my dr said there is a better chance of me going into labor naturally with this one
