Im 5 weeks and 3 days pregnant and I started bleeding today.  I have mild cramps and feel its a miscarriage😞😳!  What are your thoughts??

Women can bleed for a whole slew of reasons in early pregnancy and go on to have healthy babies. Best advice I have is to make an appt with your ob or go to the er so they can do an ultrasound and bloodwork.
