Endometriosis cramping extreme pain relief suggestions please

I have extreme period pain with my cramps. Any suggestions for stuff to try? I have tried exercise, muscle relaxers (Flexerol) and the only thing that helps is orgasming -which works temporarily. I'm in bed for my entire period curled in a ball of pain. Wanting suggestions as I'll try anything to lessen this hurting. The gyno thinks I have endometriosis but doesn't want to do surgery until after I attempt to have children for fear of additional scar tissue build up.
