I NEED HELP! ASAP!!!!

Since yesterday I've been feeling pinching pain under my armpit next to my right boob (on the side of the nipple) really strong sharp pinching pain; every 2 minutes or so, today I didn't feel it all morning till now I started feeling pain again. I checked for any bumps and I didn't feel anything. my boobs look the same my nipple looks the same its just that pinch pain. Has any one else has experience this? What can this be? It's not cancer since symptoms doesn't include pain and I don't feel any bumps or anything like that. ANYONE PLEASE ANSWER THIS POST
