Diaper rash

Have any of you ladies used, babyganics protective ointment for a diaper rash? My 2 week old daughter has had a rash since Tuesday (that's when I noticed her bottom getting red) well she's not screaming in pain. I use warn washcloths to wipe her bottom, she gets a bath every night and air dries. Most of the time she's naked anyway. But I've also been doing a cornstarch paste for her bottom too.
