Diaper rash?????? Please help!!!

Kinda freaking out. He's been having this rash for a long time and it's always in the same spot. I always put rash cream, even try to change his wet diapers constantly and that seems to help, but it always come back. Any experienced mommy's out there that can help me with this?????

PS. I'm using Huggies diapers right now and thinking about switching to Pampers.... maybe even Honest. Have any of you mommy's ever had problems with these brands??? Also, the cornstarch, my Godmother placed it once on my baby, seemed to help but it came back the next day. Actually considering it now that everyone else is mentioning it, instead of using babypower.
