PCOS girls??

Question

So I was diagnosed with PCOS almost 3 years ago now. But the specialist decribes my diagnoses like this! 
😊 = don't have
😫 = do have it
😳 = where I am

😊 •••••••••••••••😳•••••••••••••••••••••••😫

My whole sex life I have never worried about protection but I was on and off the pill the whole time and never fell pregnant. I am very confused to whether I am able to get pregnant without medication.
My partner and I don't use protection and he always finishes in me. I just stopped taking the pill about a week and a half ago and just finished my period 2 days ago.

So question is, am I still able to get pregnant?

My best friend has PCOS and she is virtually unable to have kids. However that does mean that there is a one in a billion chance that she could end up having kids. The only way to really know for sure is to have multiple tests done. But be prepared for a ton of blood work if you do.
