Just curious!

So I started taking prenatals again, period is 11 days away. I've noticed so far that my boobs aren't sore this time during my ovulation! After my MC my boobs would hurt so bad during ovulation. Just wondering how long it took everyone to get pregnant after taking prenatals? It's been 10 months since the MC and we are really hopeful that we get our positive by the end of the year.
