AF due today No period been TTC for months now!

Me & my husband has been TTC for about 5 months now . I'm never late on on my period comes in every month on time. Today AF was suppose to be due but Nothing. I tested yesterday but Negative. I haven't felt any symptoms of pregnancy . Could it be possible that I'm pregnant? How many days should I give to Re-test again. I'm praying for Postive results!!
