What do u guys do to take care of urself after babys here?

Does any1 use fajas?  Or what do u use after u have ur baby ? My son is a week old and my tummy is soo loose . What are some good things to do or use to tightn ur tummy ?

I used a faja but it was uncomfortable and stiff. I hated it. I only use it when im doing hard cleaning or a lot of lifting now. It didnt do too much. Best you can do is a good diet,  and ab exercise.

Used it but also found it to be uncomfortable when trying to feed baby or sitting down the thing would rise on my waist... What helped and I used were high waist undies (like lytess) those helped the most for me. At first they were again no comfy, and tight to put up the belly but once up felt like such a huge support to the belly area. Also after each use I noticed they got stretchier (which I wish it wouldn't I liked the right feeling). Anywho I would recommend those. :)
