Water break, discharge, or pee?

So last night before bed I inserted an EPO capsule. I know it leaks out but doesn't soak my panties. I woke up with severe acid reflux and ran to the bathroom to pee while I was coughing. I ended up throwing up from  my acid reflux and being slightly congested. I noticed my panties were super wet but I wasn't sure if it was urine or just discharge. When I went back to bed, I felt the sheets as well as a pillow I had between my knees and neither were wet, just my undies. Is it possible that my water had broken last night and I was not aware of it? Ive had no contractions today. A super upset stomach and a very frequent urge to urinate today though.
