38w2d and I've caught a cold!!

I'm due the 27th and in the end of last week I had a sore throat and started to get a stuffy nose. Now the throat is good but my nose is running and I'm sneezing 😷

Has anyone had their baby while sick? I haven't been sick at all during pregnancy up until now. The timing is horrible. Will it affect the baby badly, both within the uterus and born?

Any advice?
