I had a diagnostic laparoscopy, chromopertubation (dye test for tubes) and ovarian cystectomy on 8/2. They found endometriosis and cleaned everything out, lanced the cyst and found my tubes were clear the dye pushed them open completely. My post-op appt the dr said to get pregnant immediately because next surgery would be a hysterectomy. Has anyone had luck after surgery, is it safe to start trying this soon after (I can't get in a pool or lift, but I can do the BD?). We have been TTC for 17 months with no luck, DH tests came back perfect.
