Anyone else having to drink more coffee than they would like to admit during pregnancy?

I've been getting horrible migraines and coffee is the only thing that helps. I wanted to try to cut out all caffeine during this pregnancy but it's not working out that way.

I haven't stopped drinking caffeine either. I don't drink nestling me as much as I used to. But if I go a few days without it o have terrible headaches that won't go away.

I have always drank way to much caffeine even before pregnancy so my body is used to a ton of caffeine. And if I don't drink my normal amount I get bad migraines, on top of the migraines I already get. So my caffeine content has stayed the same and my doctor says that my body is used to this amount and it would be worse to change and send my body into the shock of not having it than drinking the actually caffeine is. I'm 26W1D and baby is super healthy.

There are days when I don't drink any and days where I have 2 cups. I feel like of all the things they say not to eat or drink, caffeine is the one I'm least worried about.

I wish I could drink as much coffee as I feel I need just to wake up. After one cup I have heart palpitations and a buzz kicking off. I guess I am sensitive to caffeine?? At most, I can drink half of a pepsi to get my caffeine for the entire day 😭😭

250mg of caffeine a day is okay. 
That's like an entire 12 oz cup of coffee

I didn't know I was pregnant til 17 weeks and would always have a travel cup full of coffee everyday and then sometimes more coffee through out like a large iced coffee. Not to mention I hated water so I drank soda all the time!

Needless to say I've cut back to a cup of coffee a day and my baby boy is completely healthy, just be aware of your caffine intake is all
