Update:

Baby is measuring small at only 5 lbs. Puts her in the 11th percentile for gestational age. 1 cm dilated and "thinned out" he said but didn't give me a percentage. He is sending me to a maternal-fetal medicine specialist tomorrow for a NST and recommendations for when baby may need to be delivered. He said he definitely won't let me go to 39 wks and could be as soon as 37 wks (this Friday). They are trying to rule out IUGR or whatever else this could be. I'm worried but just want to see how tomorrow goes at the specialist before I jump to any conclusions.
