Very normal , this is gonna be gross but , I tend to get a bad case of diarrhea either right before my period starts or during , sometimes both and I absolutely hate it , its already bad enough that I I'm bleeding from my vagina and to add poo to that even makes me sick to my stomach . But , I've never taken anything for it but I'm sure you could take something like Gasx or pepto .
