Any moms out there who have had complications like severe preeclampsia and HELLP syndrome have a second/subsequent pregnancy, and if so did you have the same complications? I just had my baby 2 weeks ago and the night after my 40 week appt I became seriously ill out of nowhere with severe preeclampsia and HELLP. My dr told me the day after delivery that it was so severe that baby and I might not have survived if I hadn't gotten to the hospital right away. This is my 3rd baby and I never had this problem with my first 2. We're thinking of a 4th but now I am hesitant because of my recent scare. I'm of course going to discuss this with my Dr but was wondering if anyone has had severe complications and then had another pregnancy after, if so how was your health the next time?
