I got stung by something & I'm freaking out! (22 weeks pregnant)

I'm 22 weeks pregnant and I was walking down the road and I felt a sharp pinch on my arm and when I looked over there was this big greenish bug on my arm. I didn't really get a good look at it since I was freaking out and making it get off. It's swelling and hurts. I'm probably just freaking out for nothing but what should I do? What if the stinger is still inside?

UPDATE!!! I called my doctor's office and talked to the nurse there and described it to her. She said it sounded like a bee sting and since I'm not having any allergic reaction to it she said not to worry. I looked it up and it looks exactly like a bee/wasp sting. My sister saw it when I flung it away and she said it was big and looked like a bee to her. I iced it right after this happened and the swelling is not more and the red dot is very faint.
