Babysitting pay! Help!
I nanny, the hours were 9 am to 9 pm. The couple didn't get home until 1030pm! No text or call until they were 20mins from home! Do I charge extra? Do I say something? I couldn't leave the kids, they are under 5! I don't want to be rude!
