Bursitis during pregnancy

I had a car accident a while back and found out I had bursitis on my hip just last week . It's painful to walk in the evenings and they can't treat it until after I have the baby . Im only 19 weeks along and the pain is probably going to get worse 😭

Has anyone else had to deal with this with their pregnancies?
