In laws apartment!!! 😕

So my in laws have decided to give up there apartment...they are retired and would like to travel for a long time...they have asked my husband and I if we want to stay with the apartment...it is bigger than the one we are at and less money. But idk I'm not so fond of the idea...what do you guys think? 😲
