How would you sanitize this bassinet? Fabric is not removable.

Put have white vinegar half water in a spray bottle of wanted add lemon oil. Spray until saturated let dry in the bright sun. The vinegar, lemon oil and sunlight all have antibacterial properties and the vinegar will neutralize any oder it may have. Natural, safe and affordable I use this solution to clean most surfaces in my house.

Lysol! The spray kind and take a damp spoung, with a antibacterial soap and water, to anything that needs it more. I would bleach it beause it dows have color and I would hose it because if it has cardboard it can get pretty messed up.

Scrub it outside with detergent and a hose. Let it dry IN THE SUN.

Is there any cardboard type stuff inside? I would probably take it outside with the hose and then scrub it with some detergent and brush then rinse and air dry it
