How long did you wait to tell family you were pregnant?

I told my family and friends right away with my first. I just found out I'm pregnant with number 2 and am only 3w 2d. Wanting to tell family right away again but just curious what everyone else did and why.

We had a miscarriage before my little one started baking. With that prior pregnancy we waited to tell and hadn't told before the miscarriage happened. We needed the support when that happened. So we told right away with my next pregnancy.

Parents immediately since I'm really close with them. Others after 1st drs appointment.

I told my immediate family after my first scan(14 weeks) and he told his the week after(15 weeks)

We still haven't told family and I am 12w3d!! My kids don't even know yet!!! My hubby works outta state and wants to be here when I tell the girls. And our families live outta state and I am going to visit them soon. I am going to tell them then.

I told my family right away. Kinda had to. I found out 4th of July and they have a huge party and since I'm 24 they bought drinks I liked. Also my daughter knew, and she's a blabber mouth lol (She's 6)  and my mom knew something was up.

We told our parents, siblings, and a couple of close friends about a week after we found out. But we waited until 12 weeks to tell extended family and friends and make our official announcement.
