Trying to get creative.....


So, I'm having a hard time drinking enough!

1. I had weight loss surgery, which means I can't eat and drink at the same time AND I can't drink more than 6 or 8 oz at a time.

2. Plain water, water with lemon, lime, any fruits or even lemonade type drinks...I'm sick of them.

I love love love iced tea, but don't want the caffeine.

Tonight I went through all my tea bags to see what I had that was decaf and I could brew and refrigerate overnight, so I have more options.

Anyone have any other ideas?
