Shaving or waxing before c-section?!?

How long before c section u shaved down there? 
How long before u wax???

They request that if you do it yourself before a cesarean that you do it no later the 2 days before hand so no added infection can take place down there. Do not wait till day of or day before. .. Recovery pain and itchiness is added to discomfort of the incision and is own healing process.

I shave every time. I too think it's weird for the nurse to do it. They already are poking me enough so I would rather take care of if.
