Will you have your mother-in-law in the delivery room?

My MIL lives out of state and they are planning on coming down after baby is here, but I think the only way they would come down early is if she is able to be in the delivery room, which I don't feel comfortable having her be in there! I'm feeling guilty since I know she would want to be there for it..:
