My little big

This is my third pregnancy this year first one I made it 10weeks but baby stopped growing at 7weeks... Second time I took a pregnancy test 2 days before my missed period was positive bit the sperm an egg didn't stick so I got my period dr said I'm now pregnant again at 6weeks had light bleeding for a week did HCG they are raising so I have to wait until Sept 6th for more blood an almost sept 20 for ultrasound.

I'm also on progesterone twice a day an I'm so tired all the time plus the vitams depression pills an stool softeners :(
