Prenatal Vitamin/Care
Hi Ladies! I am wanting to start taking prenatal vitamins now (we are not preventing pregancy/TTC). We also just moved states so I have yet to find a doctor/health insurance plan. What would you ladies recommend for a prenatal vitamin or any natural things I could do to help have a healthy pregnancy? Pros/Cons to anything?
