Period problems

So normally my periods are so irregular I generally have 2 or 3 a year. However, I've just come on for the 4th time in 7 weeks. Has this happened to anyone before? Any advice? Should I go see my doctor about it? Any tips to help the most painful cramps I've ever had?

I legit cried because we don't have cookies, fuck hormones 😂
