Acne on back of thigh??

So sorry to have to post this. 😅 I have terrible acne on the back of my thigh & butt. This is just on my thigh. Does anybody have any remedies or something to help me get my legs back. 😭

This looks like heat rash or razor burn. Coconut oil. Try that.

Do you wear yoga pants a lot?

Could be your diet. Eat healthy and drink a lot of water. Also there's some acne body washes you can get. I think clearisal has one
