Super slow letdown
I tried breastfeeding my daughter but we had a difficult time with her latch so I exclusively pump. My letdown is super slow. I never "flow" and rarely spray milk. It takes a long time to get a few ounces. What can I do to increase my output? Fenugreek makes my baby too gassy. Tried power pumping and lactation cookies. I'm at my wits end.
