PLEASE HELP!! Doctors or no??

So I'm 17, I've had so many problems with my down under. I have been having sex for about 8 months and started birth control (nuvaring) about 5 months ago. I've had to stop using it because my doctor thinks I'm allergic to it and condoms because I've had a bacterial infection and have had an PID since I started the birth control, so I stopped taking it. I got the PID( at least that's what they did it was) about a month ago. During that appointment, I had an ultrasound, an internal ultrasound, a pelvic exam, a pee sample, along with a swap for the pelvic exam and they found nothing wrong besides it was a little inflamed. I've only had sex with my boyfriend and he's only had sex with me. Lately I've been having problems again down there and I really don't want to go back to the doctors because I'm extremely modest. I've been having sharp pains, mostly if I am laying down and turn. And since I stopped birth control I've been having milky white discharge. I'm been super tired lately and today I had sex with my boyfriend and I had extremely sharp pain in my abdomen to the point where I cried, it's been achy and sometimes sharp pain since. Should I go to the doctors? I don't want to make a big deal if it's nothing and really don't want doctors looking down there and my mom trying having to always worry about my down there. P.S. none of these problems happened before I started birth control. PLEASE HELP!!
