Bleeding during the first trimester.please answer

Ladies,i am really scared. Please share your experience. I am 6w5d pregnant. On saturday i did deep cleaning,after i finished my lower back was hurting really bad. On sunday i noticed a brown dischatge on my underpanties. Later after i wiped there was some blood on the toilet paper.i went to the docotr and he said not to worry,everything is ok,baby had a heartbeat. He gave no spa and progesteron. Now i am really scared,my vagina hurts sometime,my ovaries...i am looking all the time and some time there is like a small small brownish strip when i wipe.but really small like a line.please do share your experience..did you have this happen?what were your simptoms if you took progesteron? Please 😔
