How can I stop being so nauseous? ???????? And when I am nauseous how can I drink or eat something?

Take the drugs your doctor offers you for nausea. That was the only thing that helped me.

I lived off peppermint polos. I had a packet everywhere so they were always to hand. They just took that horrid nauseous feeling away.

Ginger ale and some crackers... also a cold Rag on the back of your neck helps...

Ginger ale helps. Try snacking every 2 hours or so as well. It may help
