Need Energy!
I'm only about a few weeks pregnant, and I'm having a hard time keeping my eyes open. I have 5 other children to be up with around 6 a.m. and it's just so hard! Especially because hubbii leaves for work around 6:30 a.m. was always awake 6:00 on the dot before becoming pregnant. What do you ladies do for energy? I heard exercise is good for giving a boost. Is it best to exercise first thing in the morning?
