Food poison while preggo

Im 7 weeks and i believe i got food poison i only had a couple bites of food and stopped eating but ive been using the bathroom about 5 times a day for past 2 days .. Has anyone else experienced this ? Im scared it will affect my baby but i been drinking a lot of water for hydration
