I had braces, and from that I got staining. What are your fav tips for whiter teeth?

I use an all natural and organic toothpaste to keep my teeth nice and white. Maybe try some whitening strips? Most well known toothpaste brands do them!

I've been using crest whitening strips and love them! I've got the glamorous white ones

1 tablespoon of lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of baking soda.
Mix and put on your teeth for 2 minutes no longer.
Do this once a week or every couple days.
Do not do this everyday or it will destroy your enamel. Good luck

Look up activated charcoal recipes for teeth whitening, I like that the best. I used crest white stripes after braces and they were white AF instantly. I'm pretty sure lemon juice is too acidic for your teeth...
