Q1: What heals quickly . "Tear" or "cut" in natural birth ? 
Q2: what is less painful in both ?

You heal quicker when you naturally tear and the pain depends on how bad you tear.  I had a little tear with my first and had one stitch it didn't hurt but it did burn to pee a little bit. With my second I had a little tear but didn't need a stitch and it burn a little to pee the first time.

I tore and was cut. It's easier to stitch up a cut then the tears. And honestly, you are in such intense labor you don't feel the tearing or cutting. Just a burning sensation and I did it unmedicated. So I'm assuming if you have an Epi you won't feel it.

My cut was heeled by 10 days and I'm a diabetic so my healing is usually twice as slow as "normal" people, it was clean cut and flat so now you can't even tell I had it 
My cusion had a tear and she said it ripped zigzag zag so didn't heal flat 
I'm actually praying they cut me this time lol call me lazy but the thought of pushing any longer and I don't know if I could of (took 5 days from first tablet with hourly blood pricks  so was pretty tired )

I got a 4th degree tear! It was horrible! It took them 2 hours to stitch me up. The pain was horrible and I even had an epidural. I couldn't use the bathroom, sit, or do anything without crying.

I tore badly with my son, I chose not to know how bad but it took him 40 minutes to stitch me up. I'm not 11 days pp and feeling great. I little itchy but not bad at all.
