Pain 10w after c section

I had a c section 10w ago....and had a great recovery....hardly any pain....not sore and was up and about rather quickly.

Now I got a pain on my right side .....level with my belly button and about 4 inches to the right of it....I push on it and can't really feel pain so I think its deeper inside.

I also had a cerival biopsy yesterday due to abnormal cells.....then this pain started that night. Its constant and doesn't get better or worse.

I started birth control two weeks ago....not sure if the pain could have something to do with that or ovulation or period but its just on that one side. Any input???? I'm leaving for vacation tomorrow hoping Its nothing serious!!!

No bleeding or fever also.
