Everytime me and my boyfriend have sex I always have very bad cramps the days after. Even when he fingers me I get cramps from orgasming I guess? Is this normal? I also have very extreme cramps when ovulating and menstruating.

Maybe it is the way he is doing it? Like are you relaxed ? Are you wet enough? All these factors can go with the cramping. Sometimes girls get cramps after sex because if hormone issues. What I do is maybe before I would take Advil and take it slow, make sure you guys are foreplaying good enough, sometimes you just have to go to the doctors and figure out what is wrong, because sex shouldn't be painful.

I have the mierana(or however you spell it) I do myself sometimes cramp after sex the next day. usually if he "cums" in me I'll start lightly spotting and cramping. but depending on the position of you him etc I think depends on if I cramp or not.
