I love my boyfriend, we have been dating for over a year, and I really feel like he is the one. I think about marriage all the time, mostly in a fantasy way (decorations, dresses, being with him, etc.) I don't plan on getting married until well after college. But is this normal to think about? When did you get married

Yes its totally normal. But gosh I wish you could see how young you are :) the female brain isn't done maturing until mid-twenties, remember that! Take your sweet time planning on pinterest, or have a long engagement. I got engaged at 20 and I called it off. We are together again however. We've been together 4 years now and I realize how not ready I was, I'm still not ready!

Of course. Relationships do weird things to us. For example in high school I thought I wouldn't get married til I was old if at all, and I always thought I would adopt children. And then almost immediately after I started dating the man I am marrying I wanted to have kids, like a lot of kids, and, no joke, my uterus felt like it had cramps every time I went to visit him. Like my body was saying make babies I'm ready.

I thought about marriage pretty much right away after meeting my now husband. It took us five years, but we finally tied the knot and have been married for three almost four years

I know I did :) I ended up getting married at 21. (Sadly had to ask my husband about that. Oops pregnancy brain lol) but my hubby and I started to talk a out getting married when I was 16
