Frozen Coke and Pregnancy- are you allowed?

Hey ladies this might be a silly question but I'm going to ask anyway 😋 So I just found out that I'm pregnant only about 4 weeks long. However I had frozen Coke today, would this harm me and the pea in anyway?

No just make sure you don't have too much caffeine :) you'll be fine and so will baby.

I believe you're allowed 200mg of caffeine..I ALWAYS want Coke and I'll have probably two a day with a few Gatorades or powerades in-between!

I crave slurpees, and did with my first. He turned out great and is a happy one year old, and I'm 13 weeks and 4 days with this one

You will be fine I have days where I crave dr pepper, and I didn't really drink soda before I got pregnant. But if you don't get me dr pepper when I have my craving I get mean, and honestly can't help it.

Think about it this way 200 mg caffeine is okay. A 20 Oz Pepsi  (whole thing) is only 68 mg caffeine. Coffee has almost twice as much caffeine. I completely cut out coffee so I could keep my pepsi.
