Naming baby before shower? 😭🍼☔ update

Baby shower next month me and hubby still running threw names, I always had a name with my boys but its different with my girl..do I need a name or is it just for cuteness of decorations?

The struggle was real still is I'm not a fan of middle name but I'm sure it'll grow.

You definitely don't need a name! We didn't name out son until he was born!

I'm not telling family or close friends my baby's name thus any shower I have won't have a name attached to it. They can call my baby, "baby". When my friend had her baby shower no one knew the name they chose. It's up to you. I wouldn't rush through choosing a name just for the shower's sake. People will learn my baby's name when she's born.

You don't need to name your baby. Just know that people will ask alot. Lol. Where I live you don't need to officially name your baby u til a year after birth.
