I'm going through this feeling right now I raised my four year old son all by my self up until I got with my SO a year ago it was always just me and him and I felt very close and attached to my son because we did everything together now I'm pregnant with my second a little girl and I'm feeling like I won't be able to give him enough attention or like I won't be as protective over her as I am him just a mix of emotions it's very hard and I hope it all subsides when she gets here

Yes it is. My friend went threw this. She now feels awful she thought she couldn't love her second baby as much. There is plenty of room and love in a mother's heart!
